RESIDENTIAL PEST CONTROL
Residential Services are normally standardised since most homes have common problem areas. The common pest in residential areas are Bedbugs, Termite, Cockroach. For this reason, it is often possible to get an approximate cost for a service over the phone. However, we are only too happy to customize a management program to suit any residential property based on your budget and the results that you want to achieve.
COCKROACHES & ANTS GEL TREATMENT BASED
We offer the most advanced gel treatment for cockroaches and ants. This treatment is safe, quick, effective and stress free. You don’t need to empty the cabinets and drawers and you don’t even need to leave the house after the treatment. Our trained staff will apply this odourless gel at sensitive areas such as kitchen cabinets, drawers, cracks, hiding places and kitchen appliances. The Gel has an edible product especially attractive to cockroaches. The Gel also has a cascading effect. Once some cockroaches have eaten the gel they also contaminate other cockroaches thus producing cascading effect throughout the population of cockroaches. This leads to quick eradication. About 80% of cockroaches die in about one week. The remaining cockroaches are effectively controlled within three weeks. It takes about 30 minutes to treat a flat of about 750 Sq. Ft.
RODENT CONTROL
Rodents are a dangerous pest in the work place. Infamous for carrying deadly diseases, they are known to damage electronics, wiring, affect food products and are altogether unsightly for clients or employees. MPC service is a specialized rodent management system that offers multiple control technologies.
BED BUG TREATMENT
Bedbugs are parasites that feed on blood, cause extreme itching and sleepless nights. They damage furniture, curtains, beds and mattresses. Infestations can occur in meeting rooms, offices, canteens and lobby area. MPC offers a quick relief approach to bedbugs through Bug Buster. Free re-treatment in case of resurgence of pest (during warranty period). Govt. registered and approved chemicals used in treatment.
SNAKE AND SCORPION CONTROL
Snakes range from being an unsightly irritant to deadly pests that can plague commercial spaces, warm storage units and factories. Ensuring the removal and prevention of snake infestation is vital for safety. MPC uses a non-lethal chemical which acts as a repellent when applied on surfaces and the periphery of structures, creating a barrier to entry. .
TERMITE POST & PRE-TREATMENT
Termites are known for their destructive effects on wooden structures and construction MPC has developed an integrated Termite Treatment & Control Service to suit your specific needs. Our experienced technicians They treat the infestation by utilizing new generation chemicals that are designed to control all termites. The team provides a basic clean up after completion of the job. We also provide pre-and post-construction service against subterranean termites. Pre-construction service – 10-years warranty* from the date of commencement of treatment. Post-construction service – 5-year contract with initial treatment and regular check-up. Free repeat treatment if necessary within the contract period.
